We use fitness elements like strength training, cardio, and body weight movements to help our members reach their goals. We pride ourselves on creating entertaining, fun, and unique workouts that make you want to come to the gym consistently and enjoy working out.

Open Gym

Our 24/7 open gym is an additional perk included in monthly unlimited class memberships. Open gym hours are outside of class hours. Class is always king. Members can request gym access, read and agree to open gym terms, and start using the facility.
